What is LAOD.in?
LAOD.in lets people discover songs and create or trade song-specific music coins on Base. A music coin is an on-chain market associated with a song; it is not ownership of the song, its copyright, royalties, or the artist.
How do Music Coins work?
Music coins are launched through Doppler liquidity infrastructure on Base. Their prices can move sharply, liquidity may be limited, and a newly created coin may have no trades yet. Buying a coin does not give you equity in an artist or a promise of profit.
How do I sign in or connect a wallet?
Use the sign-in control in the site navigation. LAOD.in can create an embedded wallet for supported sign-in methods, or you can connect a compatible external wallet. The app uses Base for on-chain actions.
What does “No trades yet” mean?
The coin exists on-chain, but the app has not observed a real market trade from which it can show a meaningful price or market cap. LAOD.in hides placeholder valuations until market data is available.
How are artists identified?
Imported song metadata is used to credit the recording artist. An artist may later verify or claim the profile and its on-chain rights. A listed coin is not proof that the artist created, endorsed, or purchased it.
How do fees work?
Trades can incur network, liquidity-pool, routing, and protocol fees. The exact quote is shown before you approve a transaction. Listening and browsing do not require a trade.
Can I sell a Music Coin?
You can submit a sell transaction when a supported market and sufficient liquidity are available. Execution and the amount received are not guaranteed; always review the quote, slippage, and network fees first.
Is this an investment product?
